on the central system you can simply invoke eN and use the examples tcl's appropriately customized.  
On local desktops or where binaries are not distributed one needs to build the executable, namely:
setup cdfsoft2 4.11.1
newrel -t 4.11.1 eNrel
cd eNrel
addpkg PADSMods
gmake PADSMods.bin
