For 5.0.0 one needs to rebuild eN, as the files were moved around and inadvertently the executable was made a tbin...
Please, follow the instructions below ( this also needs to be done on local desktop or where binaries are not distributed):

setup cdfsoft2 5.0.0int4; newrel -t 5.0.0int4 eNrel; cd eNrel
addpkg -h PADSMods;
gmake PADSMods.bin
